My Current Setup

DJ Mixer : XDJ-RR

I recently upgraded most of my setup in May of 2023. You’ll notice this setup in some videos where I’m using the XDJ-RR Mixer. This DJ mixer is bigger than my previous mixer (DDJ400) and is an all-in-one unit.

Mixer Power: VEEKTOMX Power Bank (65W 20000mAh)

I power my mixer with a VEEKTOMX Power Bank. My friend (@_makergeorge on Instagram) created a cable to converts USB-C to the DC input of the mixer. Because my powerbank supports fast charging, this allows it to supply the mixer with enough power (12V) to keep it going for up to 4-5 hours.

Tripods: Sirui Compact Traveler 5C Tripod

I use 4 tripods in my total setup. I use 2 for my DJ mixer, 1 for my camera, and one for one portable light. The two for my DJ mixer are attached to the underside of the deck using a cold-shoe that we’ve glued/bolted on. These tripods are super sturdy, extremely lightweight, and don’t take up much space.

Camera: iPhone 13 Pro

I use my iPhone 13 Pro for filming because it’s portable, trustworthy, and shoots in 4K

ULANZI ST-14 Smartphone Tripod Mount

High quality mount for holding my iPhone while filming from my tripod. Sturdy, stays in place, and lightweight.

Godox ML60Bi LED Light Kit

High quality portable light with 90 minute batteries. These are important for lighting me up, especially when filming with a beautiful sunset behind me.

Minirig 3 Speakers (with Subwoofer)

I use 2 of these Minirig 3 speakers, along with the subwoofer. These babies turn up pretty loud and are super portable. The perfect speaker for any travelling DJ. I plug these into my mixer with an RCA to headphone cable, and then connect each of the speakers together with 2 aux cords.

Headphones: beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 250 Ohm

The headphones I use are actually my producer headphones but because I’m travelling so much I also use them for DJing to save space and weight in my luggage. They do the job!
